23年前，扑朔迷离的案件
1989年，秋，怡保。老街区的房子里住在两户人家，余建财和罗东发既是邻居，也是好朋友。
建财是一名水电工，老婆陈佳仪是个理发师，两人生育了两个孩子，长子光杰和次子光伟，看似温馨的家庭却藏在深深的隐患，原来佳仪天生尤物，貌美如花。建财自卑成习，见不得佳仪和其他男子说话，甚至每每看到佳仪为客人洗头发，十指温柔地在揉搓，关心客人水温的适宜。建财的心中就有一把无名火在燃烧。
为了照顾儿子，也为了抵消建财的醋意，佳仪辞去了理发店的工作，在家门口开了一间简陋的洗头店。佳仪的苦心经营，在建财的眼里，却是一种火辣辣的讽刺，建财总是要强忍内心的悲愤，目睹老婆和客人谈笑风生，心里一直担心佳仪总有一天会红杏出墙。
而另一边的罗家，东发在这一带算是个小有名气的混混，帮私会党收地下万字票，经常都会惹来一些麻烦，甚至有时还要儿子宇航逃课，协助他收4D。...
